Mike’s career as a chef started in the disciplined kitchens of some of Norfolk’s most prestigious hotels and country clubs, where he honed his skills undertaking a classical training in the culinary arts. This led to a spell owning and running cafes and restaurants and event catering; and for eight years Mike has been cooking up the very best cuisine for our clients. Variety is definitely the key for Mike and he equally enjoys cooking for our corporate clients, using fresh local produce, through to catering for our schools and college clients. His roast lunches are quite a legend with our returning groups!
Outside of work, Mike is a keen family man, but makes time to enjoy pop concerts, holidays (especially to sample the food of course) and socialising generally.
