Bramley Lakes, Norwich
Bramley Lakes is a residential offsite facility in Norfolk that allows us to spend quality time helping organisations and individuals realise their full potential.
Set in 11 acres just outside Norwich we are able to offer an exclusive environment to maximise the learning opportunity and give everybody the chance to practice or enhance their new skills. Our programmes leverage a combination of indoor and outdoor exercises which are all built on the experiential philosophy.
Within this location we can allow people to experience a number of different scenarios which deal with different skills, behaviours and competencies. These might cover height, water, risk, endurance, confinement, speed, agility and logic. We also have the ability to create customer specific scenarios which replicate a real business or environment situation – this is particularly useful when running Assessment Centres.
This location has been developed over fifteen years and during that time there has been considerable change. We are always adapting and adding new features which provides our customers with an exciting location to learn in.
