"I approached Bramley Lakes to increase the performance of my senior team with a view to accelerating the performance of my Customer Centre.

I was looking to adopt a collaborative focus where resource and skill was pooled to deliver greater business benefit. Previously, individuals and teams had worked very vertically and in competition with each other. As a consequence, at the macro level, we were not the best we could be. We had specific efficiency, sales and morale metrics that needed improvement.

After having a number of excellent recommendations from internal/external colleagues I decided to engage Bramley Lakes in my challenge.

Steve Turner and Mike Snelling helped me identify key gaps in the performance of my team and myself. They worked with me to develop a clear path to improvement with interventions that ranged from onsite facilitation to outdoor adventure. The combination of their face to face delivery and the excellent facility they have at Bramley Lakes made our goals and progress very bespoke and very tangible.

Their facility allowed me to have all of my management group (30 people, two different tiers) in the same place at the same time hearing the same message. That message was brought to life through leadership challenges, planning, implementation, review and feedback. This wasn't just a one off event but a structured and planned journey that was religiously followed up by the Bramley team. My team and I were challenged and supported through the whole programme.

As a consequence of the Bramley Lakes work we delivered significant improvements in a variety of our key metrics. With a sustained 20% improvement in efficiency and similar uplift in Sales. The morale and working environment of the team was also enhanced by the experience. All in all I cannot recommend the Bramley team high enough and I will certainly use them again in the future."
