A number of John Lewis stores have engaged Bramley Lakes to help them develop their Leadership and Team skills, this was achieved over a period of time as a joint project with the Personnel Department.

Leadership behaviours and skills in advance of a major retail development in the city. There's only so much in-house development one can be inspiring with, so I tentatively called on the Bramley Lakes team experience to support us. My initial response to their professionalism and energetic but thoughtful approach was overwhelmingly positive and, as a result of that, every one of our 70+ managers has since attended at least one event.
