Objective:
John Lewis requested a programme of events that develops leadership capabilities for it's aspiring departmental managers. Bramley Lakes delivered the accredited ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Fundamentals of Team Leadership (FoTL) course over nine days at our Windsor location and in John Lewis stores.
