Mike Snelling, Lead Facilitator

|
Mike has been working closely with our clients for over ten years and spends his time with leaders and teams on the topic of organisational health. Much of Mike's delivery is focused on getting clarity around the goals of a company and how a leadership team can become the most effective in how they perform, and therefore the impact they have on the wider business. A qualified SDI practicioner, Table Group Consulting Partner and facilitator of Celemi business simulations, Mike passionately believes in the difference a truely cohesive team makes to any organisation. He has also recently designed and written the module sylabus (Leading From Within) for an MA in Global Leadership and Management.
Outside of work Mike is the chairman of the Norfolk brand of Surf Lifesaving GB and has recently returned from trekking in the Himalayas.

"I have been on a fair few courses throughout my management time ...this was spot on and for me and it was you that made the experience enjoyable. You have such a passion for your role and the growth of others and this is something that you cannot teach people. You made this difference - from "just another course" to "my time with Bramley Lakes". I wont forget it or the things you have opened my mind to." Ben Massingham, AVIVA

"Mike took the time to understand our business and as such made the training relevant and appropriate. There is an understanding of needs and Bramley Lakes shaped the programme to suit. There is real value add and they become part of your business and make everyone feel part of the programme." Pam McGowan, Williams Lea

"Excellent, you brought the best out of those who wanted to be involved and ensured that those who were a little more "reserved" had the opportunity to contribute...Clear, focused, calm and enthusiastic too... An excellent facilitator - the right balance of encouragement, involvement & stepping back to let us take control...Supportive and a pleasure to work with." Cornwall Council

"I wanted to personally say a big thank you for your contribution to our conference. Your session was informative and got people to be interactive at the hardest part of the day after lunch (i.e. the graveyard shift)! The feedback that I have had has been very positive and your delivery was entertaining and professional, and I personally learnt a lot. I hope that we are able to work together in the future and will be happily referring you on to colleagues." Sima Chaudhury, NHS Croydon
