"Jon was terrific. Patient, especially when he endured a long, evening marathon session on a business matter or a dull baseball game, instructive, sensitive (during and following a rather humbling mishap on my part), and demanding. We all gained from this experience -- well worthwhile." David Schonbrun, Hiscox

"Jon's facilitation was of a very high standard. The ability to make learning points, from outdoor and classroom activities, was seamless. The discussions were very well controlled and we got into some soul searching in a risk free environment, this is down to the skills of the facilitator." Peter Houghton, Pattonair

"Jon explained aspects of leaadership and the various leadership models well and made understanding the prinicples through activities fun. Previoulsly I have attended similar courses where all of the work was classroom based. I do not think the learning is as strong without the fun approachable aspect that Jon gave us." "I have had much positive informal feedback from colleagues and I thought the training day was extremely successful, enabling and empowering team members to participate in a variety of tasks throughout the day, and to get them thinking about the future changes on the horizon. Jon was excellent and had certainly taken on board all of the issues that we discussed with him when we met, making the team feel that the content was particularly pertinent to their situation."
