James Salter, Centre Manager

James brings a broad and diverse range of experience to Bramley Lakes, having worked in the Learning and Development Sector for the past 8 years, initially as a freelance instructor and facilitator designing and delivering programmes and more recently in the corporate world as Commercial Director for a global Schools' expeditions company. He is responsible for overseeing business operations at the Bramley Lakes Centre, with priorities focused on growing the business sustainably and ensuring that all programmes delivered exceed client expectations.  James holds the UK Mountain Leader (summer) and Single Pitch Awards.  

Outside of work he enjoys mountain biking, mountaineering and running.
