David Child, Facilitator

David comes from a sales and marketing background. His beginnings were in leisure retailing in London for a national chain, moving through management and later setting up his own consultancy business.  He has served as a Town Councillor, chaired Business Associations and Regeneration Committees, working closely with politicians and local authorities. David has a very creative and optimistic personality, always looking for the positives in situations and people, using these as the building blocks to create successful outcomes.  By focusing on Motivation / Performance Development programmes his work is mainly at an executive and senior management level aligning business organisations to strategic goals.  Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen football supporter.
