Katharine Tindall, Business Development Manager

Katharine has re-joined the Bramley Lakes team and brings a wealth of experience in business development and delivery. Having worked primarily in recruitment and training in both public and private sectors, her strengths lay in gaining a real appreciation for the challenges facing her clients. With this knowledge Katharine specialises in the design and delivery of assessment centres (hiring the best), and invests the time tailoring client programmes to exceed their business objectives.

Outside of work Katharine enjoys acting and singing and spending time with her husband and young son.
