David Kesby, L&D Specialist

David is a leadership learning and development specialist focused on improving individual and organisational performance.  His passion is to facilitate and coach middle and senior management so that they can be successful and authentic within their leadership context.

David has personal experience of leadership in the Army, as well as extensive experience designing and delivering programmes of development.  His key strengths are being able to appreciate the unique realities of individuals and organisations and to challenge and support them to achieve their desired future.  David has experience in diverse organisations in the telecommunications, finance, rail, law, public, logistics, IT, manufacturing and health sectors.
