Hello and welcome to our first news update for 2011. It’s been a busy start for us here at Bramley Lakes with quite a wide variety of work and locations! We were proud to speak at the insurance broker’s annual summit on the topic of customer service and why really engaging on important relationships is so crucial. Steve Turner spent time giving examples of excellent customer focus and how the behaviours of teams is so crucial in getting this right.

Business finance for everyone

Using resources available from our partnership with Celemi we ran the Apples and Oranges business simulation to Pattonair as part of their leadership programme. This engaging approach to understanding how cash and stock moves in business helps each leader shape their commercial decisions more effectively.

Heineken International Graduate Programme

This is the third year we have supported the IGP for Heineken, who recognise the importance of getting talented people on board right from the start.  This involved a three day programme in Amsterdam covering self development, engaging feedback and leading functions, and we’ll revisit in spring for the next stages.

The customer definitely comes first - John Lewis annual conference

We were really excited to host the Norwich branch annual conference. These guys are leading the way in customer service and its not surprising that other business markets are scrambling to find out what it is that sets them aside from the competition. We spent the day looking interactively at how using the Lencioni team ethos within the branch can gain them an even greater advantage in this economic climate. A very engaging day that left the audience with a real sense of focus.

The Sunshine State - Agendia - California

We took a trip over the pond to continue our work with the CEO and his team of this forward thinking cancer research company.
