Agendia, the Worlds leading company in the diagnosis of breast cancer, engaged Bramley Lakes, the European consulting partner of The Table Group, for an executive team development programme. The two day offsite delivered in April provided the catalyst enabling the team to understand more about each other, generate clarity around their short term goals and raise awareness and understanding of how they could be more effective as a team.

Since April and over several engagements the executive management team have experienced and developed their skills and knowledge at overcoming the five most common dysfunctions of a team. They had been trading passive engagement, not discussing the real topics to robust unfiltered debate over the key business topics. This transition takes discipline, courage and persistence, team work still remains the biggest untapped potential in organisations today.
