Elavon Merchant Services
We were asked to facilitate an SDI day with the European Sales team for Merchant Services. With previous experience of the tool, the new Director wanted to provide a foundation for communication and further development. The day was the first of two, the second being focused on business development and planning. The team had the advantage of leveraging their new skills to enhance the teamwork and discussions by making sure they overcame the fear of conflict (which in this context is a passionate, open, productive debate) with people sharing their point of view.

Selected from over 2000 applicants the lucky thirteen are given a two year programme of personal development and European assignments. Bramley Lakes and Toojays have been involved in the design and delivery of the personal development workshops, with a strong focus on building core leadership competencies.
